RED HARVEST: Live DVD Delayed
April 21, 2006RED HARVEST's live DVD, which was previously scheduled for release on June 12 in Europe and July 12 in the U.S., has been delayed, according to a posting on on the Norwegian band's official web site. A new release date has not yet been announced. The disc will feature the group's entire September 2005 gig at Rockefeller Music Hall in Oslo that was recorded with a professional, 12-camera film team. The DVD will also include as-yet-undisclosed bonus material.
As previously reported, RED HARVEST will enter Multimono studio in June to begin recording their new album for a late release via Season of Mist. The band's most recent album, "Internal Punishment Programs", was released in 2004 via Nocturnal Art Productions.
The follow-up to 2002's "Sick Transit Gloria Mundi", "Internal Punishment Programs" (Candlelight) was recorded at Subsonic Society studios and was mixed by Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden. A video for album track "Anatomy of the Unknown" was also filmed.
RED HARVEST completed a European tour with ARCTURUS last October.
